the air conditioning in my room was a bit too cold! ❄️ however, the spa services were top-notch, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating! !

i was expecting a complimentary upgrade, but alas, just ordinary service! the electric sockets were nowhere near the bed, so forget charging your devices comfortably. also, the street map they provided was shockingly poor. i almost wrote a great review, but the service was far too basic for my taste. absolutely disappointed.

We faced an issue with our room assignment, initially receiving only three beds instead of four, and the view from our room was obstructed by the hotel entrance rather than the anticipated pool view. The noise from nearby karaoke restaurants was noticeable in the evenings, affecting the peaceful ambiance.

Just a great match for a whistle-stop in Siem Reap with a good price-value balance. The massage at the spa was fantastic, really helped me unwind after a day exploring. Consider trying the breakfast spread—they have a lot of great options!

I had a delightful stay at Saem Siemreap Hotel. The service was exceptionally warm, and I appreciated the daily housekeeping that ensured my room was always spotless. My spacious room had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful pool, perfect for relaxation.

Some tuk tuk drivers were unfamiliar.

the saem is a brilliant property with an exceptionally clean pool area, perfect for relaxing after a day out. it's just a short tuk tuk ride to the center, which we appreciated, as it was nice and quiet at night. the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety each day, including delicious traditional dishes.
